Laura Jane Adams ( Laura Jane Addams , September 21, 1860 - May 21, 1935), Chicago Her The founder of the Hyster Association. She won the 1931 Nobel Peace Prize in the right of women and black moving, and the first female in the United States won the Nobel Peace Award. 
After 1881, after graduating from the Rockford College, Illinois, he entered the Philadelphia Women's Medical College. In 1889, she was built in a large house built in a worker in Chicago, and was named Her Palace. Adams has organized with labor, other social improvements, formulating the United States first juvenile court law, women eight hours of work day system, 1910 she became the first women's chairman of the National Social Work Association. Adams is a social improvementist, and is the founder of the Hergo Association, and thus won the 1931 Nobel Peace Award.
