Internetserviceprovidersshallbearcorrespondinglegalliabilitiesfortheirinfringements.Fromtheperspectiveofe-commerceinthenarrowsense(ieonlinetransactions),thesubjectofe-commercelegalrelationshipistheparticipantofonlinetransaction,whichreferstothepersonwhoparticipatesinonlinetransactionandenjoysrightsandassumesobligationsinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthee-commercelaw.Includingonlinetransactionpartiesandonlinetransactionserviceproviders.Onlinetransactionparties,alsoknownasonlinetransactionentities,refertoonlinetransactionparticipantswhodirectlyconcludesalescontractsorservicecontractsviatheInternet.Amongthem,thepartythatusestheInternettosellgoodsorprovideservicesistheseller,andthepartythatusestheInternettobuygoodsorobtainservicesisthebuyer.Internettradingserviceproviderscanbedividedintotwocategories:onlinetradingplatformprovidersandonlinetradingauxiliaryserviceproviders.

IhavealreadytouchedonthedefinitionoftheInternet.TheInternetisaworld-classnetworkconnectedtomanynetworks.Inaddition,theconnectednetworkisnotamessyperformance,butanInternetformedbyinterconnectingInternetserviceproviders(ISPs)onthebackbonenetwork.
ISPisanenvironmentthatmaintainsacontinuousconnectionwiththeInternetandprovidestheenvironmenttothegeneralpublic.WecanconnecttotheInternetbyaccessingtheISP(andtheaccessenvironmentprovidedbydifferentISPswillDifferent).
AnditisclassifiedaccordingtowhethertheISPisdirectlyconnectedtothebackbonenetworkorindirectlyconnectedtothebackbonenetworkthroughanISPdirectlyconnectedtothebackbonenetwork.Theformeriscalledthefirst-tierprovider,andthelatteriscalledthesecond-tierprovider(therearealsothird-tierproviders).
