1.Theusermustabidebythe"MetalCuttingSafetyTechnicalOperationGeneralRules"
2.Theusermustbefamiliarwiththestructure,performanceandmaintenanceofthegrinderknowledge.
3.Accordingtothemanualofthegrindingwheel,selectthegrindingwheelthatmatchestherotationspeedofthemainshaftofthegrindingwheel.Thenewlyobtainedgrindingwheelmusthaveafactorycertificateorinspectiontestmark.Beforeinstallation,iftherearedefectsinthequality,hardness,grainsizeandappearanceofthegrindingwheel,itcannotbeused.

6.Whentighteningthenut,useaspecialwrench,nottootight,anditisstrictlyforbiddentohammerwithhardobjectstopreventthegrindingwheelfrombeingbroken.
7.Afterthegrindingwheelisinstalled,aprotectivecovermustbeinstalled.
8.Whenthenewlyinstalledgrindingwheelisstarted,don'tbetoorushed,firstclicktocheck,andafter5minutesto10minutesoftrialrun,itcanbeused.Internsarenotallowedtochangethegrindingwheel.
9.Afterstartingthegrindingwheel,runitidlingfor2~3minutesbeforeitcanbeused.

16.Themachinemustbeshutdownduringinspection,maintenance,andadjustmentofclearance.
17.Thegrindermustbeequippedwithgooddustcollectionequipment,theinstallationlocationiseasytooperate,andtheremustbeagoodlightingdevice,anditisforbiddentoworkinadarkandnarrowoperatingenvironment.
18.Publicgrindersmustbemanagedbyadedicatedperson,andallgrindersarenotallowedtobewet.Thegrindingwheelshouldbeinspectedbeforeuse,anditcanbeusedonlyafteritisqualified.
