8.TheMinistryofEducationwillhireexpertstoformanetworkteachingsteeringcommittee,responsibleforresearch,consultation,andguidanceofthenetworkteachingworkofvariouscollegesanduniversities,andacceptthecommissionoftheMinistryofEducationtoberesponsiblefortheevaluationofnetworkeducationcolleges.
9.Thetrialperiodforthisprojectis4-5years.Aftertheendofeachacademicyear,thepilotschoolmustreporttheannualworkprogresstotheMinistryofEducationinatimelymanner;theMinistryofEducationwillorganizeamid-terminspectionafter2yearsofthepilot;Aftertheexpirationoftheperiod,theMinistryofEducationwillconductacomprehensiveevaluationofthepilotwork.Duringthepilotperiod,ifthequalityofteachingfailstomeetthenationalrequirements,theenrollmentqualificationofthepilotwillbesuspended;forthosewhoissuediplomasindiscriminatelyorforprofit,theywillbeseverelydealtwithinaccordancewithrelevantlawsandregulations.
Four.Startthenewcenturynetworkcurriculumconstructionproject,realizeresourcesharing,andsupportnetworkteachingwork
TheMinistryofEducationwillstartthenewcenturyThefundingforthe"ModernDistanceEducationResourceConstructionProject"inthe"ActionPlan"focusesonsupportingtheconstructionandapplicationofonlinecoursesinseveralcollegesanduniversities,andtherealizationofresourcesharing.
Thenewcenturynetworkcourseconstructionprojectwillfocusontheplanningandconstructionofabout200basicnetworkcourseswithin2years,andimplementprojectmanagement.Theconstructionofonlinecoursesdrivestheconstructionofmateriallibraries,andtheconstructionofmateriallibrariespromotestheconstructionofonlinecourses.Theconstructedonlinecoursesshallnotonlybeusedforthepilotprojectsofonlineeducationcolleges,butalsobeusedforonlinecourseselectionandcreditrecognitionwithinandbetweenschools.Inparticular,itisnecessarytosupporthighereducationinstitutionsindevelopedareasandhighereducationinstitutionsinthewesternregionthroughtheInternetTeachingcounterpartsupportenablesstudentsfromalloverthecountrytoshareadvancedteachingmethodsandrichteachingresources,andimprovetheoverallqualityandeffectivenessofmycountry'shighereducation.
Theconstructionprojectofthenewcenturyonlinecoursealsoincludestheopeningofonlinelectures.TheMinistryofEducationwillplanandcoordinateonlinelecturesinaunifiedmanner,andwillbeopentoallcollegesanduniversities.
Five.Severalissuesthatshouldbepaidattentiontowhencarryingoutthepilotwork
1.Educationalthoughtsandconceptsshouldbechanged,andanewteachingmodelshouldbeestablished.Theonlineeducationcollegeshouldestablishastudent-orientedthinking,taketeachersastheleadingandstudent-oriented,fullyembodythecharacteristicsofopenness,collaboration,andinteractionofonlineteaching,givefullplaytotheadvantagesofonlineteaching,andexploreonlineteachingIneachteachinglink,anetworkteachingmodelthatisconducivetothecultivationofstudents'qualityeducationandinnovativeabilityisgraduallyformed.
2.Networkteachingisanewteachingmethodandteachingmethod,withavarietyoftechnicalmodels,itisnecessarytostrengthentheresearchofvarioustechnicalmeans,rationallyselecttechnicalroutes,andcomprehensivelyutilizemultiplemedia.Itisnecessarytomakeuseofface-to-faceeducation,correspondenceeducation,satelliteTVeducationandotherformsofeducationtomakeupforthedeficienciesofonlineteaching,especiallytosolvetheteachingproblemsofexperimentandpractice.

4.Strengthentheresearchandapplicationofnetworkteaching,handletherelationshipbetweennetworkteachingandtraditionalface-to-faceteaching,therelationshipbetweentheoreticalteachingandpracticalteaching,therelationshipbetweenimpartingknowledgeandqualityeducation,andreflectitinteachingPlanningandteachingmethods.
5.Establishtheconceptofresourcesharing,andestablishtheformandmechanismofresourcesharing.Notonlytoshareonlineteachingresources,butalsotoshareanoff-campusteachingsupportservicesystem.Forexample,itispossibletomakefulluseoftheschool-runningnetworkofradioandtelevisionuniversitiesalloverthecountrytoestablishanoff-campusteachingsupportservicesystemfortheonlineeducationcollege.Sendhighereducationtoruralareas,frontiersandunderdevelopedareas.Foranotherexample,throughcertificationoracquisitionofanationallysharedcoursewarelibrary,theduplicationofself-constructedcoursewarebyschoolsisminimizedtoensurethatthefundsinvestedbythestatecanbeusedtothemaximumextentandproducemaximumbenefits.
6.Itisnecessarytostrengthenexchangesandcooperationathomeandabroad,andfullygraspthedevelopmenttrendofmoderndistanceeducation.Onlineteachingisanewthing.Itshouldgivefullplaytothecreativityofteachersandstudents,emancipatethemind,exploreboldly,createconditions,anddevelopbyleapsandbounds.Thefunctionaldepartmentsoftheschoolshouldstrengthentheresearchandmanagementofnetworkteaching,activelyexploremanagementmodelsthatadapttonetworkteaching,supportthepilotnetworkteaching,anddoagoodjobofservice.Pilotschoolsandonlineeducationcollegesmustcontrolthequalityofteachingandactivelyandsteadilypromoteonlineteaching.
SchoolsthathavebeenapprovedbytheMinistryofEducationinadvancetocarryoutthepilotworkofmoderndistanceeducationshalladjustandstandardizethepilotworkinaccordancewiththeseopinions,andimplementunifiedpoliciesandregulations.
