Materiaalin ominaisuudet

Generalciviltemperedglassistheheattreatmentprocessofordinaryglasstoincreaseitsstrengthby3-5times,anditcanwithstandacertainenergyofexternalimpactortemperaturechangeswithoutbreaking.Evenifitisbroken,thewholepieceofglassisbrokenintosmallparticleswithobtuseanglessimilartohoneycombs,whicharenoteasytohurtpeople,soithasacertaindegreeofsafety.Temperedglasscannotbecut,itneedstobecuttosizebeforetempering,andithasthecharacteristicof"self-explosion".Accordingtodifferentuses,temperedglasscanbedividedintofulltemperedglass,semi-temperedglass,regionaltemperedglass,flattemperedglass,curvedtemperedglassandothertypes.

Duringuse,avoidexternalimpactasmuchaspossible,especiallyfortemperedlaminatedglasstoavoidtheimpactofforceonthetip.Whencleaningtheglass,becarefulnottoscratchorscratchthesurfaceoftheglass,soasnottoaffectitsopticalperformance,safetyperformanceandaesthetics.Thelaminatedglassshouldbeinstalledwithneutralglue,anditisstrictlyforbiddentocontactwithacidglue.
