US International Trade Commission and the Ministry of Commerce jointly responsible for the US's anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations. Ministry of Commerce is responsible for determining whether the alleged dumping or subsidies exist, and to what extent. International Trade Commission is determined whether or not the United States industry sector due to foreign dumping or subsidization compromised.
International Trade Commission is also responsible for the US Harmonized Tariff regimes under constant review and make its proposed changes deemed necessary or reasonable.
