Principle
Theuniversaltoolmicroscopehasarectangularcoordinatemeasuringsystem,anopticalsystem,atargeteddevice,andananglemeasuringdevice.Thecoordinatemeasuringsystemconsistsoflongitudinalandtransversestandardquantitiesandamovableworktable.Afterthecontourofthemeasuredworkpieceisprojectedandenlargedbytheopticalsystem,theaimingdeviceisaimedatacertaingeometricelementofthemeasuredcontour,andthecoordinatevaluesoftheverticalandhorizontaldirectionsarereadfromthestandardsubdivisiondevice,andthentheworktableismovedandinstalledontheForthemeasuredworkpieceonit,aimatanothergeometricelementofthemeasuredcontourandreaditscoordinatevalue.Thedistancebetweenthesetwoelementsonthemeasuredcontouristhelengthoftheworkpiece.Thevaluebetweencertaintwoelementsonthemeasuredcontourisreadbytheaimingdeviceandtheanglemeasuringdevice.
Measurementprocess
1.Installtheworkpieceandturnonthepower.
1)Non-rotationalworkpieces
Non-rotationalworkpiecesaregenerallyclampedonthesquareworktablelocatedinthemiddleoftheboat-shapedworkbench.Loosenthetwoadjustmentknobsonthefronttoadjustthepositionoftheworkbenchontheboat-shapedworkbench.Smallerworkpiecescanbefixedwithplasticine.Largersizeworkpiecescanbefixedwithapressureplate,whereinthepressureplatecanbeinstalledintheT-shapedgrooveofthepressureplateseat,andthepressureplateseatcanbemovedbackandforthtoadapttodifferentsizesofworkpieces.
2)Rotaryworkpieceswithacenterhole
Thetestpiececanbeclampedbythethimbleholder.Theinstrumentisequippedwithapairofinnerthimble,outerthimbleandlarge-headthimble,accordingtoSelectthecorrespondingthimblefortheshapeoftheworkpiece.Wheninstallingtheworkpiece,firstloosentheleftandrightthimbleholdersandadjustthedistancebetweentheleftandrightthimbleholdersaccordingtothelengthoftheworkpiece.Thenlockthehandles,movetheworkpiecebetweenthetwothimbles,andpushthethimblerodinward.Untiltheleftandrightthimbleareinsertedintothethimblehole,thenlockthesmallplumblossomhandle.
3)Workpiecesthataretoolargeordonothaveacenterhole
WorkpiecesthataretoolargeordonothaveacenterholecanbeinstalledwithaV-shapedbracket.BeforeinstallingtheV-shapedbracket,youshouldRemovetheleftandrightthimbleseatsfromtheboat-shapedworkbench,andtheninstalltheleftandrightV-shapedbracketsontheoriginalthimbleseats.PlacetheworkpieceflatontheV-shapedframe,andusethehighandlow,frontandrearadjustmentknobstocorrecttheaxisoftheworkpiecetobeparallel.
2.Adjusttheopticalsystem
1)Choosetoinstalltheeyepiece
Commonlyusedisthemediummagnificationobjectivelens(3×)objectivelens.Generallyspeaking,increasingtheobjectivelensmagnificationcanincreasetheimageresolution,butforrougherThehigh-magnificationobjectivelenswillmagnifythedefectsoftheworkpiece,whichwillaffecttheaccuracyofimageacquisition.Thelow-magnificationobjectivelensshouldbeusedasfaraspossiblewhentheacquisitionconditionsaremet.
2)Adjustthefieldofviewandfocallength
Movetheboat-shapedworktableandthelateralbrackettomakethemeasuredpartunderthemicroscope,turnonthelasersothatthelaserspotisalignedwiththemeasuredpart,androtatetheroughThefocusinghandwheelmakesthelaserspotfocustotheminimum,thenswitchtoCCDbypushinginthelever,turnontheilluminationlightsource,theimageoftheworkpieceappearsonthedisplayscreen,andadjustthefocusaccordingtothesharpnessoftheimageuntiltheimageistheclearest.
3.Startmeasurement
Opentheimageprocessingtwo-dimensionalmeasurementsoftwaretocompletethemeasurementofvariouslengths,threads,gears,etc.Forspecificmeasurementmethods,seespecificpracticalcases.
4.Measurementiscomplete
Afterthemeasurementiscompleted,removethepartsandequipmentaccessories,putthemintheaccessorybox,andcleantheinstrument.
Maintenance
(1)Payattentiontopreventtheerosionofdust,moistureandotherharmfulsubstances.Itshouldnotbeplacednearheatingequipmentorwatersources.ItisbesttohaveaconstanttemperaturedeviceinthestorageenvironmenttomaintainroomtemperatureAround20℃,therelativehumidityshouldnotexceed60%,otherwisetheopticalpartsarepronetomold.
(2)Thelightsourceoftheinstrumentislow-voltagepowersourcelighting,andaspecialtransformermustbeusedtopreventaccidents.
(3)Allthelensesprovidedwiththemachineandthesurfacewithoutanti-rusttreatmentshallnotbedirectlytouchedbyhand.Avoidwipingtheopticalsurfaceasmuchaspossibletoavoiddamagetothesurfacefilm.
(4)Theinstrumentshouldbewipedcleanafteruse.Cleantheexposedmetaloutsideandtheglassplateontheworkbench.Usedegreasedcottondippedinsolventgasolinetowipe,applyanti-rustoiltothemetalsurface,andcovertheinstrumentcover.
Precautionsforuse
(1)Temperaturechangeshaveagreaterimpactonthemeasurementaccuracyoftheuniversaltoolmicroscope,sopayattentiontothemeasurement:
(a)MeasurementBeforethetestpieceisplacedonthewritingboardnexttotheinstrumentataconstanttemperatureformorethan2hours;
(b)Themeasurementenvironmenttemperatureiskeptatabout20℃;
(C)WearGloves,toavoidtheinfluenceofhumanbodytemperatureontheworkpieceandtheinstrument.
(2)Thepartsmeasuredontheglassplateoftheworkbenchshouldberepairedanddeburredfirsttoavoidscratchingtheglass.
(3)Whenmeasuringcylindricalorthreadedpartswiththeimagingmethod,payattentiontotheadjustmentofthediaphragm.Improperadjustmentofthediaphragmvaluewillcauselargermeasurementerrors.Theinstrumenthasthebestdiaphragmvalueselectionreference,butSometimes,formeasurementaccuracy,thebestdiaphragmvaluecanbedeterminedthroughmultipletrials.
(4)Beforemeasurement,itisnecessarytobeclearabouttheburrsandknockmarksonthesurfaceofthetestedpart.Oneistoavoidscratchingtheglass,andtheotheristhatthesedefectscaneasilycausemisalignmentofthe10000Tdisplayandcausethemeasurementsurfacetobenotinthesamefocalplane.Theupperpartformsapartialphantom,whichaffectstheaccuracyofthemeasurementresult.
(5)Whenmeasuringthreadedparts,payattentiontotheinclinationdirectionofthecolumntobeconsistentwiththethreaddirectionofthetestedpart.Whenthehelixangleislarge,youcanobservetheimagetoeasilydeterminewhethertheinclinationdirectionofthecolumnisthesameasthethreadofthetestedpart.Thedirectionisthesame.Whenthehelixangleissmall,itisnoteasytojudge.Therefore,theinclinationdirectionofthecolumnmustbecorrectlyjudgedaccordingtothehelixdirectionindicatedontheworkpiecedrawing.
