⑦Performancerequirements:Thesealing,dewpoint,ultravioletradiation,climatecycle,hightemperatureandhighhumidityperformanceofinsulatingglassaretestedaccordingtoGB7020,andthefollowingrequirementsmustbemet.
※Whenthetestpressureislowerthantheambientairpressureby10±0.5KPa,thethicknessincreasemustbe≥0.8mm.Afterthepressureismaintainedat2.5,thethicknessincreasedeviationis<15%Inordertoleakallsamples,noleakageisallowed.
※Thedewpointreducesthetemperatureofthedewpointmeterto≤-40degrees,sothatthedewpointmeterisincontactwiththesamplesurfacefor3minuteswithoutcondensationorfrostontheinnersurfaceofthesample.
※UltravioletradiationTheinnersurfaceofthespecimenshallnothavetracesoffoggingandpollutionafter168hofultravioletradiation.
※Climatecycleandhightemperatureandhighhumidityclimatetestweresubjectedto320cycles,hightemperatureandhumiditytestwerecycled224times,andthedewpointtestwascarriedoutafterthetest.Atotalof12samples,atleast11sampleswithoutcondensationorfrost.
Wheninsulatingglassisselectedforthehiddenframecurtainwall,thesecondsealantoftheinsulatingglassmustbesiliconesealant,anditmustbecompatiblewiththesealantusedforstructuralglassassembly,thatis,bothmustbeusedCompatiblesealants.Whenacertainsiliconesealantisusedforstructuralassembly,itisbesttousethesamefactorysiliconesealantfortheinsulatingglasssealantlayer.
